Hobsonville Marina 16m G pier north facing, approx. 2.5m depth pending marina dredging. The berth can be extended to 18m with permission from marina.
Annual opex is currently $15,718.31 (or $1,408.10 per month which includes a 7.5% admin surcharge.) This covers security, rubbish collection, water, dredging and blackwater tank pump-outs if required plus two non-allocated car parks in the security gate area. Power usage is additional and is billed every 2 months. There is a liveaboard fee if you want to live on your boat which requires marina management approval. Note that the Opex rate is usually reviewed every financial year.
The berth is G48, located about halfway down on the left-hand side of G-pier, so it provides easy boat access in and out of the berth with plenty of swing room. Since it's at the far end of the marina, there's a pleasant open view across Limeburners Bay to Hobsonville Point. The current lease has a right of renewal in 2025 for another 10 years making valid through September 2035. The owner may lease this marina out until sold, lease price on enquires.
